LED-лампочки: линейный драйвер и пульсация

Из-за подорожания электронных компонентов и увеличения стоимости морских перевозок всё больше недорогих светодиодных ламп на нашем рынке оснащаются дешёвыми линейными драйверами.

При пониженном сетевом напряжении лампочки с линейными драйверами не только светят тусклее, у них появляется пульсация света, вредная для здоровья.

Я провёл небольшой эксперимент, взяв для него четыре лампы с линейными драйверами (Osram, Voltega, Эра, Ergolux) и одну с полноценным импульсным «IC-драйвером» (GP).

С помощью стабилизатора Штиль ИнСтаб 500 и ЛАТРа Suntek TDGC2-0.5 на лампы подавалось напряжение 230, 220, 210, 207, 200, 190 и 180 вольт. Прибор Lamptest-1 измерял снижение светового потока, спектрометр Uprtek MK350D измерял коэффициент пульсации света. Некруглое значение 207 вольт было взято неспроста — по ГОСТ 29322-92 в сети должно быть напряжение 230 вольт ±10%, то есть от 207 до 253 вольт, поэтому 207 вольт — это минимальное напряжение по ГОСТу, при котором все электроприборы должны работать.

В первой таблице результаты измерения процента яркости ламп при разных напряжениях. За 100% принято значение светового потока (яркости) при напряжении 230 В, являющимся номинальным для всех ламп.

Яркость лампы GP с IC-драйвером не меняется при изменении напряжения питания во всём диапазоне 180-230В. Яркость остальных ламп значительно снижается, при этом при напряжении 220 В падение яркости составляет незначительные 3-4%, при допустимом по ГОСТ напряжении 207 В яркость составляет 77-89% от номинальной (падение яркости 11-23%).
При напряжении 180 В (в сельских районах такое напряжение в сети не редкость) яркость падает на 57-99%.

А вот, что происходит с пульсацией.

При напряжении 230 В у всех ламп пульсации света практически нет (коэффициент пульсации составляет менее 0.7%).

При 220 В (ещё во множестве розеток нашей страны по-прежнему 220, а не 230 вольт) коэффициент пульсации у ламп с линейным драйвером составляет 0.2 — 7.9%. Такая пульсация совершенно не заметна визуально, но может быть видна через камеру смартфона. Уже не раз я получал письма от пользователей сайта Lamptest, которые писали, что купили лампы, у которых на сайте указана пульсация около ноля, а они видят пульсацию через камеру. Причина в том, что у них в розетках не 230, а 220 вольт или ниже.

При 207 В, допустимых по ГОСТ, коэффициент пульсации у ламп с линейным драйвером составляет 19 — 42%. Пульсация более 30% уже заметна визуально.

Самая большая пульсация у ламп с линейным драйвером зафиксирована при напряжении 190-200 вольт. У отдельных ламп она достигает 60%, при том что у этих ламп совсем не было пульсации при 230 В.

Сейчас при тестировании ламп для Lamptest я измеряю пульсацию всех ламп при напряжении 230 вольт. Возможно нужно измерять её при 220 В (тогда сразу будет видна пульсация у ламп с линейным драйвером) или добавить дополнительный параметр — пульсация при 207 В. Как вы считаете, как лучше сделать?

На Lamptest.ru тип драйвера отображается в карточках ламп (там могут быть значения «линейный», «IC1», «IC2», «IC3». Три варианта IC-драйвера отличаются поведением при низком напряжении 1 — яркость снижается, 2 — лампа гаснет, 3 — лампа начинает мигать). В таблице можно включить параметр «Вмин», отображающий напряжение, при котором яркость снижается на 5%. Если это напряжение выше 200 В, драйвер линейный.

Сейчас тип драйвера не влияет на итоговую оценку. Возможно стоит снижать оценку лампам с линейным драйвером.

К сожалению почти все филаментные лампы оснащаются линейными драйверами (прежде всего из-за того, что полноценный IC-драйвер занимает больше места).

Если у вас хорошая стабильная сеть и в розетках никогда не бывает ниже 220 вольт ничего страшного в линейном драйвере нет — изменения яркости будут небольшими, а пульсация безвредна. Но если сеть нестабильна, да ещё и соседи пользуются сварочными аппаратами, лампы с линейным драйвером вам не подходят.
